Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing/Production Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire manufacturing process, ensuring efficient production operations, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing production plans to meet company goals and objectives
- Supervising and managing a team of production staff
- Monitoring production schedules and ensuring timely delivery of products
- Ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
- Coordinating with other departments, such as logistics and procurement, to ensure smooth operations
The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong background in manufacturing and production management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
