Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to join our growing team. As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production processes and ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing operations, including scheduling, production output, and resource allocation.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to meet customer expectations.
- Train and mentor production staff to enhance their skills and performance.
