Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marine Recruitment and Training Officer to join our team. As a Marine Recruitment and Training Officer, you will be responsible for recruiting and training qualified seafarers for our maritime operations.
Your main responsibilities will include sourcing and attracting talented individuals with sea-going experience, conducting interviews and assessments, and coordinating the onboarding process. You will also be responsible for organizing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our seafaring staff.
To excel in this role, you should have a deep understanding of the maritime industry and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. You must also have extensive sea-going experience to effectively assess and train potential candidates.
