Job Description
Your role in the team
Our Account Managers play a key role in the Creative Studio. You will help build, plan, and deliver creative projects to the highest standard across the Group’s various touchpoints and channels.
The Studio is the heartbeat of William Hill, which means you will work closely with all areas of the business from around the world to help bring our brands to life, both internally and externally.
Responsibilities:
- To attend and take an active role in all meetings. Take minutes when requested, ensuring contact reports are written and distributed as requested and required.
- To ensure that status/work in progress reports are updated and distributed every week.
- To gather any information required to enable a creative brief to be written.
- To supply written briefs to obtain competitive quotes from suppliers as appropriate.
- To keep job files up to date and complete at all times.
- To keep the job finance system up to date at all times and ensure that finance processes are followed.
- To ensure that email/electronic folders are kept up-to-date.
- To maintain accurate competitor sample files.
- To provide thorough proofreading when required.
- To provide support to anyone within the Client Services team.
