Job Description
Specific Duties:
- Respond to daily inquiries and send weekly reports to the management team.
- Provide sales quotations, as necessary.
- Send necessary information to all branches and business partners regarding promotions and sales.
- Handle PHILGEPS Transactions:
- Keep and maintain records of downloaded files like ITBs and RFQs for quarterly reports.
- Update the company’s PHILGEPS data and act on notices such as submission of legal documents, etc…
- Coordinate Kennder transactions:
- Monitor inventory.
- Arrange transportation of stocks from BCI Warehouse to Kennder warehouse.
- Accomplish/Submit forms for every BCI-Kennder transaction.
- Coordinate with social media and other online accounts:
- Post marketing materials and other information.
- Monitor/Disseminate updated price and product images.
- Perform other tasks, as assigned.
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: From Php443.00 per day
