- Interact with customers through phone calls and emails to understand their needs.
- Resolve complex customer service issues and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Maintain and manage customer files and databases.
Requirements:
- Graduate of any Business or Office Administration course.
- 3 to 5 years of experience with excellent typing and communication skills.
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.
