Job Summary

• Plan and implement marketing and advertising activities
• Familiarity with the full marketing mix and ways to analyze market research and customers’ behavior
• Create spreadsheets and analyze data to interpret ROI and KPI metrics
• Help in achieving business goals through building strong marketing campaigns through the company website and social media

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
• Gather and analyze consumer behavior data
• Create reports on marketing and sales metrics, like conversion rates
• Assist with organizing promotional events
• Coordinate with the person in charge to create advertising materials (e.g. brochures and newsletters)
• Keep organized records of marketing metrics
• Ensure the availability of marketing materials such as logos, artworks, posters, flyers, e-campaigns, videos, etc
• Monitor if all marketing materials are within branding guidelines prior to production and posting
• Address daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the company’s activities
• Responsible for processing payments and liquidation to suppliers and employees pertaining to marketing-related activities
• Other tasks that may be assigned

Job Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Marketing or related course
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Required skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent understanding of office management and marketing, Excellent presentation and editing skills
• Familiarity with various Social Media applications and platforms
• Proficient in using MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, and other marketing-related software and applications
• Amenable to work in Makati City

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php17,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)

• Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
