Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing strong, creative, and disruptive marketing 360 plans aligned with driving business goals.
- Develop and implement marketing plans to drive foot traffic and sales to the company’s physical retail stores, maximizing the capabilities of Edamama’s internal ecosystem.
- Support in managing all offline marketing touchpoints such as in-mall print, direct mail, outdoor advertising, and events.
- Collaborate with stakeholders like mall marketing teams, omnichannel merchandising team, sales team, and other departments for integrated marketing efforts.
- Implement the Omnichannel Marketing Calendar to sync up campaigns and maximize returns.
- Create launch plans to drive newness and novelty within stores.
- Monitor sales data, analyze campaign effectiveness, and create weekly reports for optimization.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of proven experience in marketing or advertising, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
- Understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail, accuracy, multitasking, and task prioritization.
- Willingness to work onsite in Makati twice a week.
