Job Description
The Marketing Assistant plays a key role in assisting the Marketing Team with ongoing marketing campaigns and activities. He/she handles daily administrative tasks and acts as the main contact person between the department and internal customers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Executes daily administrative activities like processing and tracking Purchase Requests, Managing Revolving Funds, and more.
- Supports in monitoring store marketing material requests and processing store orders efficiently.
- Manages inventory of Marketing materials and assists in project implementations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
- Experience in Marketing Support or similar roles is a plus.
- Knowledge of Google applications and project management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php22,00.00 per month
Benefits: Employee discount, Health insurance, Promotion opportunities
Schedule: 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay: 13th-month salary, Overtime pay
Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred)
