Job Description
Meridian Shipping And Container Carrier Inc is seeking a dedicated Marketing Assistant to oversee inbound and outbound client engagements, facilitate account generation, and coordinate sales activities. Key responsibilities include assisting clients, generating new accounts, monitoring bookings, and cultivating client relationships.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communication.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in shipping or logistics.
