Job Description
Assists in marketing administration functions, attending primarily to intermediary’s daily insurance requirements, production report preparation and processing.
- Attends to the daily transactions, requests, complaints and concerns of assigned intermediaries
- Monitors and updates new and renewal business of accounts
- Arranges delivery of policies/endorsements to assigned producers
- Assists in the preparation of weekly Marketing Meeting reports
- Acts as an Account Officer in case the Account Officer is unavailable
