Job Description
We are currently hiring for a Marketing Assistant – Part Time
The Marketing Assistant would perform the following duties:
Responsibilities:
- Posting pre-written blog content
- Creating social media posts from pre-written blog content
- Email outreach to leads and existing opportunities
- Scheduling appointments for CEO with inbound leads and existing opportunities
- Assistance with managing web ad campaigns
- Assistance with optimizing web pages for SEO (as specified by CEO)
- Promoting webinars & events via email and ad campaigns
- Assistance with identifying and planning for tradeshows
- Managing target opportunity direct mail campaign
- The Marketing Assistant will work directly with the CEO, who will specify tasks to be completed based on his knowledge of the work to be completed.
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSA):
- 2+ years working in a digital marketing role *MUST
- Strong written and verbal English skills *MUST
- Strong graphic design skills
- Strong grasp of marketing software tools

Benefits

Complete/Perfect Attendance Incentives:
$100 bonus after 30 days
