Job Description:
Provides assistance in the development of new group accounts as well as the maintenance of existing group business in line with St. Francis Square Group of Companies’ goal of increasing revenues and profitability.
Qualifications:
- College graduate preferably major in Economics, Business Management, Marketing, or related fields
- LOMA courses preferred but not required
- 2-3 years of experience in Life insurance business
- Ability to communicate and interact professionally
- Ability to negotiate/persuade others for the Company
- Ability to handle rejections gracefully and persevere to close an account
