Job Description

This is a remote position. We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a multi-talented individual who can handle administrative tasks, graphic design, and social media & digital marketing with finesse.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Tasks:
    • Outreach to potential clients via email and Instagram
    • Schedule calls and meetings
    • Respond to FAQs through email and Instagram
    • Assist with client onboarding
  2. Graphic Design:
    • Create engaging social media posts
    • Design presentation decks using Canva
  3. Social Media & Digital Marketing:
    • Manage and grow our social media presence
    • Craft blog posts for our website and LinkedIn
    • Create engaging Reels and TikToks
    • Support clients’ social media efforts
    • Oversee SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Business ads

Requirements:

  • Graphic Design experience or advanced knowledge
  • Social Media platform marketing experience or advanced knowledge
  • Knowledge of Squarespace/Shopify
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Extremely organized
  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Business ads is a plus
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Strategic-minded, would love to brainstorm and learn from you
  • Genuine interest in the marketing world, hospitality, ecom space
