Job Description

The Marketing Assistant is responsible for assisting various sub-teams within the marketing department. This position requires organization, excellent task and time management skills perfect for action-oriented and self-starters who have a passion for fashion, beauty, and all things in between.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the marketing team at events, seeding, and photo shoots, etc.
• Help with pull-out and return of products used at events, activations, and photo shoots
• End-to-end coordination and sourcing with various suppliers, with the help of the procurement team
• Help monitor influencer deliverables for reports and send out monthly emails and reminders
• Process payments for various suppliers and make sure everyone is paid on time
• Assist in overall day-to-day operational campaign management, ensuring all brand campaigns are delivered effectively and on time and properly distributed across all marketing channels.
• Assist multiple teams across Commercial, Operations, and various local and regional marketing channels (performance marketing channels, onsite, CRM, social media, PR, partnerships, SEO, etc.) to ensure effective multi-channel campaign execution.
• Create contracts for brand activations and align these with the Legal team
• Write and file DTI Permits for brand campaigns, including sales, giveaways, and other promotions

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php16,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
