Job Description
- Handling, updating, and assisting day-to-day loan consultant concerns and queries.
- Assisting Marketing assistants and BM’s on pre-screening documents and requirements submitted by the loan consultant.
- Boost the sales engagement of the assigned loan consultant per branch in delivering new or renewal accounts.
- Assist in Recruitment and Onboarding of new Loans Consultant.
- Escalate concerns, complaints, and other issues to the immediate supervisor for quick action.
- Assist or execute programs implemented by the Trade Marketing Department.
Key Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience or a 4-year business-related course graduate with Banking and Finance experience.
- Process-oriented, Technology-Inclined, organized, and can work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal, can liaise with all departments and stakeholders.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php12,00.00 – Php14,00.00 per month
