Job Description
VA4U Australia seeks a reliable, proactive Marketing Director to work hands‑on with the founders. This full‑time, long‑term, permanent remote role (Philippine time) will oversee operations, communications, marketing, and customer engagement. Responsibilities include leading Email & SMS campaigns, developing growth strategies, and ensuring quality and consistency across teams.
- Qualifications: senior leadership experience (GM/Operations), strong marketing expertise, proven Email/SMS campaign and CRM proficiency.
- Skills: excellent written communication, attention to detail, proactive and solutions‑focused approach.
- Offer: day‑shift (Philippine time), permanent work‑from‑home, Php40,00–50,00/month, and long‑term growth. Must have a dedicated workspace, reliable internet, and personal equipment.
