Job Description
Job Title: Customer Service Engineer
Job Summary: Under the direct supervision of the Customer Service Head, the Customer Service Engineer is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by meeting their requirements efficiently and effectively. Qualifications:
- BS in Engineering Degree (preferably IE, ECE, EE) or equivalent
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Experience in Customer Service is a plus
- Background in Electronics is required
- Willingness to work in Cabuyao, Laguna
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
Job Type: Full-time
