Job Description
Broad Function:
Responsible for developing and delivering innovative marketing plans and campaigns; creating strategies, overseeing marketing activities, market research, brand identity, design, product development, digital marketing, pricing, advertising, and promotion of OMF Lit products to enhance customer experience and drive growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Advertising, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of marketing/sales experience with 3 years as a manager
- Driven to achieve results
- Excellent oral, written communication, and presentation skills
- Strong background in Brand/Product Management
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Highly creative, collaborative, and flexible mindset
- Proficient in computer and new media
