Job Description
- Handles customer telephone and online inquiries
- Product knowledge
- Perform administrative functions to support the Sales and Marketing teams
- Collaborating with the marketing leader and sales teams on marketing strategy
- Propose marketing projects and strategies that contribute to the monthly marketing programs
- Actively boosts marketing campaigns through various traditional and online mediums
- Conducting research on effective marketing trends and opportunities
- Processes documents for field marketing events
- Updating social media accounts
