Job Description
1.1 Responsible for creating marketing strategies and promotions to complement leasing and boost company growth.
1.2 Understand lease contract terms for project considerations and marketing plan implementation.
1.3 Research market trends, competitor offerings, and demographics to guide marketing direction.
1.4 Innovate approaches and develop relevant materials, events, and programs.
1.5 Execute planned events and activities effectively.
1.6 Identify areas for improvement to enhance leasing and occupancy operations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php24,00.00 – Php27,00.00 per month
