Job Description
Appointed as branch second-in-command in the absence of BM/OIC. Provide Excellent Customer Service to both Borrowers and Loan Consultants from receiving and even after the release of loan.
Check and approve official business transaction of branch personnel such as AO, LP/TA, DP/Messenger. Loan Consultant retention. Resolve client’s concern in loan process. Resolve agent’s concern in their client’s loan process.
Implement office rules such as agent’s code of conduct. Monitor usage of company equipment and supplies. Maintain cleanliness of the office. Ensure branch security, including company equipment, folder, and cash.
Recommend replacement of office equipment. Marketing process (receiving, pre-screen, and monitoring of accounts). Inform clients of their loan status and lacking documents. Ensure all loan applications are processed.
