Job Description
– Appointed as branch second-in-command in the absence of BM/OIC.
– Provide Excellent Customer Service to both Borrowers and Loan Consultants from receiving and even after the release of the loan.
– Check and approve official business transactions of branch personnel such as AO, LP/TA, DP/Messenger.
– Resolve client’s concern in the loan process.
– Implement office rules such as agent’s code of conduct.
– Monitor usage of company equipment and supplies.
– Ensure branch security, including company equipment, folder, and cash.
– Marketing process (receiving, pre-screening, and monitoring of accounts).
