Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree Holder
- With experience in product research and training is an advantage
- With knowledge in the gaming industry is a plus
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct product, market, demographic, and competitor research
- Provide game launch and feature collateral and design promotion for players
- Gather requirements, think for a solution, testing, coordinate and ensure functionality of the product to launch
- Answer all inquiries related to products
- Update, prepare, arrange, and conduct training material
- Complete relevant fraud checking related to products
