Job Description
Assists the Product Manager in formulating and executing marketing plans for assigned products/categories designed to achieve company sales, units, and profit objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To assist the Marketing/Product Manager in developing and executing marketing plans for the assigned brands/products, including short-term and long-term objectives, strategies, and specific action plans.
- To assist in product and package development of new and existing products and determine selling features such as sizes, pricing, and product claims.
- To assist in the development and execution of specific strategies and plans for the brand, including sales promotion activities, merchandising, incentive programs, and advertising programs.
- Prepare budgets (units, sales, and A&P spending) for the assigned brands.
- Coordinate with toll packer and Logistics for inventory requirements.
- Conduct market research to analyze consumer reactions, product concepts, and advertising effectiveness.
- Conduct periodic store checks and provide findings/observations.
- Prepare periodic brand and marketing budget reviews.
