Job Description
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for promoting the company and its products, advancing company strategic goals through marketing campaigns, social media engagement, and quality customer service.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Provide excellent customer service, including handling customer complaints, queries, returns, requests.
- Create social media campaigns, posts, announcements, promotional events.
- Train, coach, and evaluate customer service associates.
- Develop marketing campaigns, goals, deadlines.
- Create reports on marketing and customer service performance.
- Perform market and client research.
- Organize special events in line with the company’s branding.
- Create signage, displays as per company’s needs.
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the service area.
- Perform other functions as required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Customer service oriented
- Leadership skills
- Graphic design skills – InDesign, Photoshop, Canva or other design software
- Social media savvy – ability to engage on various platforms
- Multi-tasking, organized, attention to detail
- Works well under pressure, harmoniously with others
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
- College Level/Graduate majoring in Digital Marketing or related field
- 1-3 years of related work experience preferred
