Job Description
· Assist in Inquiry Handling
· Update client daily inquiry monitoring log sheet
· Communicating of client sample cigarette request/feedback to R&D
· Update Approval Form of Samples monitoring
· Update client sample cigarette request monitoring
· Communicating to Accounting regarding the costing of client sample
· Update client quotation monitoring
· Coordinating to concerned department the Sticker Requisition form and fill out Sticker Issuance Slip
· Printing and cutting of Stickers for Primary/Secondary/Filter department
· Update Stickers Request/Issued Monitoring
· Client Profiling & Documentation
· Update Client Profile Summary/Database
· Customer Feedback Handling
· Customer Survey Coordination
· Update/ Filing of Customer satisfaction survey summary and customer feedback handling summary
· Client Visits Coordination & Assistance
· Update Client Visit Summary Record
· Assist in coordinating to MIS Ilocos for website/social media posting
· Arrange client’s itinerary, airport pickup, accommodation and food arrangement
· Do name plate and welcome PowerPoint for guests
· Do PRF
· Filing of forms/records
· Perform other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php13,00.00 – Php15,00.00 per month
