Job Description
Sta. Lucia Mall Davao seeks a full-time, in-person Marketing Staff to develop and execute retail marketing strategies that increase foot traffic and enhance the shopping experience. Responsibilities include retailer collaboration, event planning, promotional campaign management, digital marketing, market analysis, and meeting sales targets.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s in Marketing or related field (Master’s a plus); minimum 6 months (preferably 1 year) mall/retail marketing experience; creative, strong communicator; available weekends and holidays.
- Location & Compensation: Davao City; Php 13,00–13,500/month.
