Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and enthusiastic Marketing Staff to join our growing team. In this role, you will ensure a smooth and positive experience for clients, handling reservations and inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Accept reservations via phone and online platforms.
- Encode reservation agreements accurately.
- Manage amendments for guest satisfaction.
- Conduct client interviews.
- Address client requests promptly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
- Customer-oriented with a passion for exceeding expectations.
- Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- Available to work on Sundays and holidays.
- Strong communication skills.
