Job Description
The Marketing Supervisor at Primer Group is responsible for developing and supervising all marketing campaigns. This role involves managing communications with vendors and agencies, monitoring the budget alignment with the business plan, and ensuring expenses are within the set budget.
Responsibilities
- Develop and supervise marketing and communication strategies
- Monitor marketing budget and expenses
- Create effective media plans and communication ideas
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors’ efforts
- Analyze post-promotion evaluations and ROI
- Coordinate marketing activities with vendors and agencies
- Utilize technology for digital marketing and social media campaigns
- Collaborate with sales/marketing for product understanding
- Analyze customer survey data for marketing strategy improvement
- Train and engage teams to achieve business objectives
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year business course
- 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail
- Proficient in MS Applications
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing, Social Media, and Data Analytics
- Effective Negotiation Skills and sense of urgency
