Job Description
Job Summary:
The Telehealth Support Specialist will be responsible for intervening in real-time issues during telehealth visits, triaging various problems, and offering incentives during periods of high demand. This role involves closely following process documents and SOPs to ensure seamless operations and optimal patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor telehealth sessions in real-time to identify and address clinician issues promptly.
- Triage problems based on urgency and impact on patient care.
- Provide first-level support for technical and operational issues during telehealth visits.
- Manage reward programs to balance supply and demand.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and technical teams for a smooth telehealth experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous support role experience, preferably in telehealth.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to triage effectively.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to follow process documents meticulously.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to high-quality service.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with incentives management or customer reward programs.
- Certification in telehealth or healthcare IT support.
