Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first call/contact whenever possible, minimizing the need for transfers.
- Match customers’ demands with clients’ products, solutions, and services.
- Utilize negotiation and influencing skills to overcome objections and secure customer buy-in.
- Share relevant information with internal and external clients and collaborate with colleagues.
