Job Description
We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as BPO Agents for Gaming Documentation Non Voice positions. As a BPO Agent, you will be responsible for handling gaming documentation tasks efficiently and accurately.
Key responsibilities include documenting gaming processes, procedures, and transactions following company guidelines, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining confidentiality.
The ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Prior experience in gaming documentation or BPO is a plus but not required as training will be provided.
