Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Master Data Specialist (Material/Item Master) to join our team. As a Master Data Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing the accuracy and integrity of our material/item master data.
In this role, you will collaborate with various departments, such as procurement, inventory management, and production, to ensure that all material/item data is correctly recorded and updated in our systems. You will also conduct regular audits to identify and resolve any data discrepancies or errors.
To be successful in this position, you should have a strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills. You must also be familiar with data management processes and have experience working with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate creation and maintenance of material/item master data
- Review and validate data to ensure compliance with company standards
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete data-related projects
- Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity
