Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Material Planner to direct material planning for manufacturing operations, ensuring timely production through effective inventory control, demand forecasting, and supplier coordination.
- Supervise and mentor planners, establish KPIs, and optimize MRP processes.
- Analyze BOMs, manage safety stock levels, and resolve material shortages proactively.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and quality teams to reduce lead times and lower costs.
Requirements: 3+ years of manufacturing planning experience, advanced Excel and MRP skills, strong analytical mindset, and proven leadership ability. Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
