Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Matron to join our Critical Care team. As a Matron, you will play a vital role in providing leadership and ensuring the highest level of care for our critically ill patients.

You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the Critical Care department, including managing staff, implementing policies and procedures, and maintaining quality standards. Your strong clinical knowledge combined with excellent interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with a valid license
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Critical Care
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
