Job Description

Duties and responsibilities:

1. Responsible in market research and plans to identify new opportunities
2. Understanding of the market and develop a strategy specific to that market
3. Responsible in finding new customers and managing existing business relationships
4. Encouraging new clients by creating and improving proposals and develop new business relationships using a variety of methods, such as cold calling, email, trade shows, and referrals
5. Responsible for identifying, developing, and potentially closing new revenue and profit streams
6. Working with the team to identify, develop, implement marketing strategies and new opportunities
7. Ensures regular alignment and open communication between sales team and marketing department to maximize brand efforts and initiatives
8. Responsible in the development, execution and monitoring of promotions and programs created to increase presence and off-take
9. Create, monitor, and report on key performance metrics to determine effectiveness of sales efforts and anticipate customer needs
10. Ensure that the company meets revenue targets
11. Ensure that department KPI and process KPI are met

General Responsibilities:

• Performs cross-functional duties assigned from immediate superior for department/section objectives
• Monitor and uphold 5S housekeeping practices
• Adheres to company rules, QEHS Policy, and SOPs
• Prepares reports and maintains records in compliance with ISO requirements
• Implements Quality Management System procedures and work instructions

Job Types: Full-time, Commission, Permanent

Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
