Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated MBA Assistant I for our Tagum Cooperative Bajada Branch. This role involves working under the direct supervision of the Branch Operations Officer and focuses on key areas including:
- KRA 1: MBA Services Process Efficiency
- KRA 2: Financial Risk Management
- KRA 3: Member Relations Management
- KRA 4: Regulatory Compliance
- KRA 5: Management Report Submission
Job Type: Temporary (3-4 months)
Salary: Php13,00 – Php15,00 per month
Benefits include health insurance, life insurance, paid training, and more. Candidates must be willing to commute or relocate to Digos, Davao del Sur.
