Job Description
Job Summary: The Learning and Development Officer in charge of MEAL will plan, organize, and execute monitoring and evaluation activities to enhance project outcomes. Responsibilities include data collection, analysis, reporting, and providing technical support to implementing organizations.
Job Description:
- Regular data collection for performance evaluation
- Assess data quality and collaborate with partners
- Analyze and manage M&E database
- Facilitate project reporting and assessments
- Identify areas requiring technical assistance
- Create case studies and lessons learned
- Prepare M&E reports and presentations
- Provide timely and relevant monitoring data
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Non-Profit Organizations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Location: Cavite
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
