Job Description
As a Mechanic Lead for Heavy Wheeled Vehicles, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of mechanics and ensuring the efficient maintenance and repair of a fleet of large vehicles. This role requires strong technical skills in diagnosing and fixing mechanical issues, as well as leadership abilities to delegate tasks and manage workflow.
Key responsibilities include conducting inspections, performing repairs, maintaining records, and ordering necessary parts. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in heavy vehicle mechanics, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
