Job Description
Specific Responsibilities:
- Check the drawing before submitting it to the consultant and follow up on mechanical systems such as fire protection, sanitary, plumbing, air conditioning, and ventilation.
- Conduct evaluations to improve designs of shop drawings and coordinate with the consultant for discussions and to resolve design issues.
- Estimate project time scopes and adhere to the planned schedule.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to schedule site work.
- Coordinate with other departments such as Architectural, Civil Works, and Steel Structure Works.
- Modify and review combined services drawings to avoid malfunctions with other departments before ME Works installation.
- Plan installation programs according to the schedule.
- Communicate technical knowledge effectively.
- Identify, formulate, and implement solutions for emerging problems.
- Engage in continuous learning and development.
- Perform any other assigned duties.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Mechanical Engineer
- Experience in mechanical engineering.
- Proficient in CAD, CAM programs.
- Ability to run simulations and analyze test data.
- Strong understanding of engineering concepts and experience in designing mechanical systems and products.
- Excellent math skills and statistical problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in using CAD software like SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar.
