Job Description
- College Graduate, College Level, or Vocational Graduate in Mechanical or related course.
- Minimum 3 years experience in mechanical field with team leadership skills.
- Strong leadership qualities essential for guiding team, making strategic decisions, and ensuring project success.
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, principles, and design.
- Ability to analyze complex problems, develop innovative solutions, and implement effective strategies.
- Sound judgment to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and resolve conflicts in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.
