Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process monthly progress claims from subcontractors
- Prepare and submit monthly progress claims to clients
- Assist with material take-off and scheduling
- Send material and equipment schedules to suppliers for quotation
- Assess supplier quotations to ensure alignment with schedules
- Process purchase orders based on quotes
- Prepare User Operation manuals and draft contracts
- Support project team with administration tasks
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of mechanical services and HVAC systems
- Experience in project administration
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good oral and written English communication
- Immediate availability to start work
- Willingness to relocate or travel to Angeles City, Pampanga
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,00.00 – Php50,00.00 per month
