Job Description
Access Healthcare is looking for Medical Allied Graduates to join our growing team. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Virtual Recruitment Process:
1st – Initial phone interview
2nd – Quick online assessment
3rd – 20-minutes Final interview
Qualifications:
- Must be a Medical Allied Graduate (bachelor’s degree).
- With Hospital or Clinical experience.
- At least 1-year BPO Healthcare experience (but not required).
- With Good to Excellent communication skills.
- Amenable to work at Double Dragon, Pasay City.
- Amenable to work on a permanent night shift schedule.
- Can start immediately.
Job Description:
- Conduct outbound calls to providers.
- To obtain authorization of specific medical procedures or prescription drugs and to check on patients’ eligibility, benefits, and coverage.
- Document the call notes and take appropriate action on the revenue cycle system.
