APPLICANTS MUST BE WILLING TO WORK ONSITE IN EASTWOOD SITE.

A Medical Claims Analyst is expected to:

• Providing coding updates relevant to the billing department as well as dissemination of said information to the insurance providers.
• Charge Review:

– In charge of Phototherapy and PALLAS charges

– Simple E/M only visits

– Simple E/M visits with a single procedure done

– Only modifier 25 is applicable and strictly one procedure only.

• Compile coding errors to be used as material for training.
• Track coding issues and provide weekly feedback to the Coding Team Lead/Manager.
• Be proactive in addressing coding-related issues that may affect the team as a whole as well as the dissemination of relevant information.
• Process Outstanding A/R.
• Payment Posting.

What it takes to be part of our team:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• At least 3 years of experience/background knowledge in claims, denials, billing, and/or coding process.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Preferably with experience in EPIC system.
• Must be able to attend the weekly meeting and daily check-in consistently.

Continuous learning relevant to coding that may be helpful to the team.

• Amenable to work on Night Shift.
• Amenable to Work on On-Site (Eastwood Site).

Salary: Up to Php40,00.00 per month

Experience:

• Medical Billing: 3 years (Required).
