Job Description
A Medical Appointment Setter daily duties focus primarily on getting an appointment from inquiring customers. The duties and responsibilities of a Telemarketer are:
- Delivering scripted talks that describe the company’s products or services.
- Explaining the process flow of the scheduled appointment, functions, and benefits of products and services of the company.
- Answering customer inquiries about products or services.
- Booking appointments for existing and new prospects.
- Keeping track of contacted customers and maintaining a list of prospective customers for future follow-up.
- Following up with previous customers for potential sales and setting appointments.
- Maintaining customer records and activities.
- Completing customer surveys to gather information about potential customers.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Experience in customer service.
- Experience in telemarketing or as a Virtual Assistant/appointment setter is required.
- Good phone ethics.
- Experience in BPO is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month.
