Job Description
TELUS Digital seeks a Medical AR and Denial Management Specialist with at least six months of medical billing or insurance claims experience, strong verbal and written English, knowledge of healthcare regulations, and proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with medical billing software is a plus. Key responsibilities include placing outbound calls to insurers per client guidelines, accurately recording and labeling claim statuses, delivering categorized data via the client portal, analyzing call transcripts to identify denial trends, and maintaining precise records and periodic reports. Ideal candidates demonstrate attention to detail, clear communication, and strict adherence to regulatory requirements.
