Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Medical Assistant specializing in US Healthcare Customer Service. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting healthcare providers in delivering quality care to patients and handling customer service inquiries related to healthcare services.
Key responsibilities include taking vital signs, preparing examination rooms, scheduling appointments, maintaining medical records, and ensuring a seamless customer service experience for patients.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in medical assisting, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the US healthcare system. Prior experience in customer service within the healthcare industry is highly desirable.
