Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Medical Biller specializing in AR Collections to join our team. As a Medical Biller, your primary responsibility will be to handle the billing and collection of outstanding accounts receivable for our medical practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify accuracy of patient accounts
- Generate and submit claims to third-party payers
- Follow up on unpaid claims
- Resolve denials and rejections
- Identify and correct billing errors
- Update patient information and insurance coverage
- Answer patient inquiries regarding billing issues
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of medical billing experience
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and coding
- Familiarity with insurance and payment processing
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
