Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Public Health Registered Nurse (PHRN) to serve as a Medical Biller, working directly with providers and members to evaluate medical necessity for admissions, procedures, and treatment settings. The role ensures medically appropriate, high-quality, and cost-effective care through benefit interpretation, pre-certification, concurrent review, discharge planning, care coordination, and accreditation support.
- Collaborate with Clinical Reviewers and Medical Directors (PHRNs do not issue non-certifications)
- Prepare and document pre-certifications and continued stay reviews
- Support appeals and denials processes as needed
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, current RN license, and a minimum of 2 years BPO clinical experience (Utilization Management, Appeals, or Denials). Strong communication and analytical skills required. Full-time, in-person. Salary: Php45,00–50,00/month.
